Step 2
Submission of Purchase & Export Documents
After registering as your tax agent, you will need to submit the following documents on a monthly basis in PDF format:
✅ Receipts or Invoices for purchases made in Japan
✅ Export Permit to confirm the goods were shipped out of Japan
These documents are required to process your consumption tax refund.
Step 3
Tax Refund Processing
Once the required documents are submitted, we will file the tax refund application on your behalf.
The 10% consumption tax paid on your purchases will be refunded by the Japanese tax office to us, as your registered tax agent.
